Farmers receive continuous technical training, learning about cutting-edge farming techniques and technologies. Unity Foods has also streamlined the procurement process by eliminating traditional middlemen, and Unity Plantations purchasing the produce directly from farmers, and providing immediate cash payments at fair market rates.
