Globally, confidence, motivation and productivity are the leading trends that are setting the tone this year. In sync, Pakistani listeners are leaning towards confidence, joy and motivation as their top moods that are setting the tone for the remainder of 2023.

Spotify has continued its trend of revealing user-generated hype content after the enormous success of Wrapped 2022. The top moods of 2023 for Pakistan highlight what listeners on the music streaming service want their year ahead to look like. Through confidence, joy and motivation, local audiences are signaling positivity in 2023 powered by music.

For confidence, Flowers by Miley Cyrus, Confident by Demi Lovato and Boss Bitch by Doja Cat are the three leading tracks shaping this mood. Similarly, motivation is being signified by Unstoppable by Sia, Believer by Imagine Dragons and I’m Good (Blue) by Bebe Rexha. Lastly, for productivity, listeners’ top three most streamed songs are Good Days by SZA, successful by Ariana Grande, and We Can’t Stop by Miley Cyrus.
