Karachi, Apr 23 : Zong, Pakistan’s leading technology service enterprise, has entered into a strategic partnership with Samsung to launch a specialized Shop-in-Shop initiative alongside a dedicated Trade-In program.

This collaboration aims to accelerate the availability and adoption of 5G-enabled Samsung smartphones across Pakistan, starting with selected Customer Service Centers in Islamabad and Lahore.

The program serves as a key pillar of the company’s strategy to bridge the gap between network readiness and device penetration in the local market.

Speaking about the partnership, Sajid Munir, Head of Marketing at Zong, stated “Our partnership with Samsung marks a proactive step toward building a robust 5G ecosystem in Pakistan. By providing direct access to 5G handsets, along with a convenient trade-in solution at our centers, we are enabling customers to fully utilize the potential of next-generation connectivity. This initiative underscores our commitment to advancing digital inclusion and driving technological progress in the country.”

The collaboration with Samsung focuses on expanding access to both affordable and premium 5G-enabled smartphones under one roof.
