ABHI partners with Fast Cables to provide earned wage access

KARACHI: In a landmark move towards employee financial empowerment, ABHI, a neobank of the future, has partnered with FAST Cables, one of Pakistan’s leading manufacturers of electrical cables and LED Lights, to introduce Earned Wage Access (EWA) for its workforce. This collaboration highlights both companies’ shared commitment to employee welfare, ensuring stability and financial security for Fast Cables employees.

Through ABHI’s EWA solution, FAST Cables employees can access a portion of their earned salary in real time via the ABHI mobile app or SMS, within 30 seconds, anytime, anywhere. By eliminating the need to wait for payday, this initiative reduces reliance on high-interest loans and enables employees to meet urgent expenses.

“Bringing Earned Wage Access to FAST Cables is more than a collaboration; it’s a commitment to easing financial pressures for employees across Pakistan,” said Rayaan Sayeed, Head of Sales at ABHI. “Financial challenges are one of the biggest barriers to employee productivity and overall well-being. With EWA, employees gain control over their finances, allowing them to focus on their work and personal growth without worry.”

At FAST Cables, our mission has always been to build not just high-quality products, but also a high-quality life for every Pakistani. Our partnership with ABHI is an extension of our longstanding commitment to employee wellbeing, innovation, and national development,” said Kamal Mian, CEO of FAST Cables.

“We’re committed to advancing innovation in both our factories and in our people’s lives. By enabling immediate access to earned wages, we are not only easing financial burdens but also empowering our workforce with the flexibility and dignity they deserve. This step aligns with our vision of creating a stronger, more self-reliant workforce that fuels the growth of our nation.
