Jazz reaffirms compliance with regulatory framework amid audit observations

KARACHI , Aug 21 : Jazz on Thursday reaffirmed that the company operates in full compliance with Pakistan’s regulatory framework, stating that all its tariffs and services are launched only after formal approvals by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).

Responding to observations raised in the Auditor General of Pakistan’s (AGP) Telecommunication sector Audit for 2024–25, in a statement, the company said, all Jazz tariffs and services are launched only after formal approvals by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), in line with clearly defined and transparent processes.

Jazz has submitted detailed evidence of timely approvals and mandated contributions, underscoring its lawful and transparent operations.

The company reassured its valued customers that every service offered is compliant, affordable, and approved by the regulator.

Jazz remains committed to delivering fair and trustworthy services to millions of Pakistanis.
